GROUP SALE PRE-ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS

This Terms and Conditions Policy (“Agreement”) outlines the terms applicable to all group sale pre-orders placed with Another Level Creations LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By placing a pre-order with us, you (“Customer”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by the following terms.


1. Artwork Fees

  • A $25 artwork fee is required for all customized group orders.

  • This fee is refundable only if the final group order consists of a minimum of 8 pieces.


2. Minimum Order Requirements

Pricing for all group items is based on quantity. The following minimums apply:

  • Hats: 12-piece minimum

  • Bags: 12-piece minimum

Failure to meet the minimum quantity may result in order cancellation or a price adjustment.


3. Mockup Approval

  • After order submission, you will receive a mockup via email from one of our graphic designers within the standard mockup timeframe.

  • Email is the required method for mockup revisions and final approval. Orders will not go into production without written email confirmation of mockup approval.

  • Upon approval, you agree to the following statement:

"I verify that all lettering and/or word spellings, graphics, colors, and content included in the approved mockup are correct. Another Level Creations LLC is not liable for errors in the final product caused by any of the following: misspelling, graphics, grammar, punctuation, and final appearance of colors."

NOTE: Mockups are not to scale and are for demonstration purposes only. Color appearance may vary from screen to finished product. Final sizing and placement are determined by our production standards.


4. Order Payment Options

  • Group orders can be paid in full by the group representative, or individually via a group order link.

  • Full payment is due before the order is submitted.

  • Rush order option is excluded during holidays.


5. Order Deadlines

  • Order deadlines are firm and non-extendable.

  • We cannot accept additional orders after the deadline.

  • Some items may be made available for individual purchase after the group deadline, but additional fees and separate processing will apply.


6. Production Time

  • Standard production time is 15–20 business days after both mockup approval and receipt of full payment.

  • Business days exclude weekends and holidays.


7. Order Pickup/Delivery

The pickup or delivery method must be selected at the time of order setup by the group representative. This selection cannot be changed later.

Available options:

  • Group representative picks up all orders

  • All orders shipped to group representative

  • Individual order pickup/shipping (where applicable)


8. Order Issues

If you experience issues with your order:

  • You must notify us within 2 business days of receiving your order.

  • Contact our customer service team via email at:
    customerservice@anotherlevelcreations.com

  • A customer service expert will respond within 1 business day.


9. Order Changes

  • All order changes must be submitted before the group order deadline.

  • No changes will be accepted after the deadline.

  • Submit changes to:
    customerservice@anotherlevelcreations.com

  • Refunds for reductions in order total will be issued to your original payment method. Increases in total will require a second payment.


10. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products:

  • No refunds are provided on custom items, including but not limited to:

    • Late orders

    • Color variation from mockups

    • Sizing or placement expectations

  • If you experience an issue upon receiving your order, you may submit a written request within 2 days of delivery to:

  • Remakes or discounts may be offered at our sole discretion.


By placing a group pre-order with Another Level Creations LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
