· Artwork
o $25 artwork fee that is refundable with a minimum 8 piece order
· Minimum Orders
o There is a minimum order quantity on the items below. (pricing is based on order quantity)

· Mockup Approval
o After submitting your order, you will receive an email mockup for the customized items on your order from one of our graphic designers within the established timeframe for providing mockups.
o Email is the preferred line of communication for revisions and is required for the final mockup approval. Without an email approval of the mockup, no production will be completed.
o By submitting your final mockup approval to our design team, “You agree to the following terms”.
I verify that all lettering and/or word spellings, graphics, colors and content included in the approved mockup are correct.
Another Level Creations LLC is not liable for errors in a final product caused by any of the following reasons:
Misspelling, Graphics, Grammar, Punctuation and Final Appearance of Colors.
NOTE: (Mockups are not to scale and are used for demonstration purposes only, as all sizing and placement is per our standards. The colors displayed on your screen and shown on your mockup are not guaranteed to be a true match to the colors that will be on the finished product.)
· Order Payment Options
o Orders can be paid through one payment by the group representative or individually through a group order link.
· Order deadline
o Order deadline is firm and cannot be extended. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept additional orders for your group after the deadline date. However, we might be able to offer some of the items through an individual purchase, additional fees may apply. Individual purchases outside of the group order will be processed separately.
· Production time
o Production time is 15-20 business days after artwork approval and full payment/pre-order due date. This does not include holidays.
· Order pickup/delivery
o Order pickup or delivery option must be selected by your group representative when the group order is set up. This cannot be changed.

· Order Issues
o If there are any problems with your order, you have 2 business days to reach out to our customer support department at customerservice@anotherlevelcreations.com for any issues with your products after you receive them. Please email us and customer service expert will contact you within 1 business day.
· Order Changes
o If you need to make changes to your order, contact us prior to the group order deadline date. No changes can be made after the deadline.
o Adjustments to your order may be made by contacting our customer service department at customerservice@anotherlevelcreations.com . If your revised order total is lower, a refund will be issued to your credit card. If your revised order total is higher, we will need you to complete a second payment amount to cover the difference.
· Returns/Refunds
o Due to the complex and custom nature of full sublimation, we DO NOT offer refunds on custom uniforms, specifically concerning late orders, final color output not matching the color displayed on the mockup or other items ordered. After receiving your items, you may submit a written request within two days of receiving your shipment to customerservice@anotherlevelcreations.com with any specific issues you have and we may be able to work with you to replace or offer a reduced rate for remade items. This is at the sole discretion of Another Level Creations LLC.
