Blurry or low-quality photos will result in lower-quality prints.

We are not responsible for poor print results due to low-resolution images submitted.

Mock-Up Approval

A design proof will be sent for approval before printing.

✔ You are allowed 2 total revisions

• 1 initial revision
• 1 additional minor revision

After 2 revisions:

• Additional edits are $10 per revision
• Photo changes are $5 per photo

We do not print or ship until mock-up approval is received.

⏱ TURNAROUND TIME

Processing time is 5-0 business days.

All items are custom-made using your submitted photos and personalization details.

Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

A digital mock-up is sent before printing. Once approved, the order cannot be changed or canceled.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all spelling, dates, and details before approval.

We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been accepted by the carrier.
