📌 Photo Requirements

• High-resolution images only
• Clear, well-lit photos recommended
• Blurry or low-quality photos will result in a lower-quality design

We are not responsible for poor print results due to low-resolution images submitted.

Mock-Up Approval

A design proof will be sent for approval before printing.

✔ You are allowed 2 total edits

• 1 initial revision
• 1 additional minor revision

After 2 revisions:

• Additional edits are $10 per revision
• Photo changes after design has started are $5 per photo

We do not print or ship until mock-up approval is received.

⏱ TURNAROUND TIME

Production is 5-10 business days. 

If you need your shirts sooner than our listed processing time, please purchase the Rush Order upgrade from our Add-Ons section.

📌 CUSTOM ORDER & SHIPPING POLICY

All items are custom-made using your submitted photos and personalization details.

Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

A digital mock-up is sent for approval before printing. Once the mock-up is approved, the order moves into production and cannot be changed or canceled.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all spelling, dates, and details before approval.

High-resolution photos are required. We are not responsible for low-quality prints resulting from blurry or low-resolution images submitted.

If your item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

3D/All Over T-Shirts Disclaimer: *With dye sublimation orders, there will be some inconsistencies that occur with all over prints. For example, white wrinkles can appear where the garment was not laying perfectly flat. These types of issues are most likely going to happen along seams, around collar, or around the arm pit area. Please note that colors on the screen may not always reflect printed colors on fabric.
